A new plans launch: AI had the answers from launch day
As soon as the new plans were announced, people started asking AI assistants whether they were worth it and how they compared with the competition. Content prepared before the launch — in four markets — meant the models had a reliable source to answer from the moment the questions came in.

Starting point
A new product is a blank spot for AI: the model does not know the pricing or the changes, so it answers from whatever it finds online on launch day. If the brand does not prepare content, comments and random sources will shape the answer for it — separately in every language.
What we did
- 01
Pre-launch analysis
We worked out which questions would follow the announcement — are the plans good, how to rate them, how they compare with the main competitor — and which sources models usually rely on in this category.
- 02
Content for those questions
The plans page and help-centre answers to specific customer questions, such as what happens to an existing plan. Ready on launch day, not a week later.
- 03
Four markets at once
The same content prepared in Polish, Czech, Hungarian and Romanian — because models answer in the user’s language and look for sources in that language.
- 04
Measurement from day one
The same questions asked every day in five AI assistants in every market — so gaps in the answers show up straight away.
